On-Stage's Jeremy Payne and Allison Honeyman Attend Sweetwater Gearfest
June 13, 2014For the first time, On-Stage exhibited at Sweetwater’s Gearfest this past June 6th and 7th. We represented On-Stage in front of 8,000 Sweetwater customers and over 300 other vendors. The event took place inside and outside Sweetwater’s facility, and our booth was located in a massive tent in their parking lot. This was one tent out of 15, each about the length of a football field.
Speaking or their facility, Sweetwater’s campus is very impressive (you should definitely check out their virtual tour on sweetwater.com). They have a HUGE music store, an even more impressive warehouse, office spaces, amphitheaters, lesson studios, a restaurant, a hair studio…even a slide if you don’t feel like walking down the stairs! If that’s not enough, Sweetwater also owns an aviation business, an exotic cars dealership, and an optical business.
We met thousands of end-users of our products, along with plenty of vendors and buyers. It was a pleasure to meet close to 100 Sweetwater sales engineers (they have 262 and over 700 employees total), and rubbing elbows with owner Chuck Surack was great fun, especially after he flew into the event in his personal airplane!
