Nitro (Nitrocellulose) finishes in contact with Guitar Stands and Hangers. Product/instruments may feature a nitrocellulose finish to let the materials breathe. Unlike modern synthetic coatings, nitro finishes are thinner and more delicate, which means they can wear with use. This guitar hanger is not recommended for use with nitrocellulose finish guitars.
