On-Stage Stands Donates Gear to Hartford Camp Jam
Berlin, CT based On-Stage stands recently donated music stands and other gear to the Hartford incarnation of Camp Jam. As a family business, On-Stage Stands is committed to supporting programs that encourage and further interest in playing and performing live music. Camp Jam is an excellent example of just this kind of program. Each week, campers of all ages concluded their experiences with a Friday night concert performed in front of family and friends. On-Stage Stands is proud to have provided the stage gear for these performances.
From campjam.com:
Camp Jam was founded in Atlanta in 2004 by Jeff Carlisi (lead guitarist/song writer for 38 Special) and business partner Dan Lipson, founder/CEO of the Official NASCAR Catalog. Developed by professional musicians, Camp Jam’s purpose and mission is to teach young musicians how to become an effective band member. Curriculum combines structured lessons, practice and band rehearsals in an environment that fosters confidence building. Through teamwork, bands will develop the self-confidence and discipline needed to achieve the goal of playing the big stage in front of family and friends.
