On-Stage Adds New Talent to Sales and Support Team
July 12, 2017On-Stage, the musical accessories division of The Music People, is delighted to welcome four new associates, Robert Morales, Matthew Payne, Ralna Ramse and Jules Van Schelt, to its Berlin, Connecticut-based sales team.
Technically the class of 2016, Matt Payne and Robert Morales joined On-Stage in the fall of last year and already function as indispensable players in sales and customer service. Matt comes to On-Stage directly from four years in technical support at Bose Professional Audio, while Rob brings 12 years of management, marketing and customer service success at Guitar Center.
Both Matt and Robert will help represent On-Stage this month, July 14 - 16 at the Summer NAMM Show in Nashville.
Ralna Ramse, who came aboard just last month, boasts extensive experience in music sales as well as professional audio. Most recently assistant recording engineer at Chester, Connecticut's Dirt Floor Recording and Production, Ralna brings a rare versatility to her new role as National Sales Associate.
Also a May 2017 addition, Jules Van Schelt's professional background includes years as an international touring musician. That, combined with broad-based experience in recording, sales and logistics, gives him a real 360-degree perspective on developing new and growing current MI relationships as an On-Stage Sales Support Specialist.
"We consider ourselves very fortunate to continue attracting the level of talent reflected in this exciting new group of On-Stage sales people," said Vice President of Sales and Marketing Tom Tedesco. "Their professional backgrounds speak for themselves, but the key for us is their personal integrity and authentic approach. Being able to relate to the customer’s needs and provide the perfect solution is what separates us from other companies.”
